TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS:
WE KNOW THIS IS A STRANGE TIME, AND IT MAY CONTINUE DOWN THIS ROAD FOR A WHILE. PLEASE KNOW WE ARE DOING OUR VERY BEST TO KEEP YOU SAFE AND HEALTHY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING AS WE SANITIZE, SPACE OUT SCHEDULING, AND LIMIT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN OUR BUILDINGS.
Clientele Policies
We require all clients to wear masks at all times. Please wear one that goes around your ears so that your stylist has full access to your hair. If you come without a mask, you can purchase one for $10 from us.
Your temperature will be taken upon arrival to the salon. If it is 100 degrees or higher, we will reschedule your appointment for a later date.
Please wait outside, or in your car until your appointment time. Your stylist will come greet you when they are ready for you, and we will call you if we are running late.
We have hand sanitizer for you to use before entering the salon.
Please come to your appointment alone. ONLY CLIENTS will be allowed in to the salon. Unfortunately, we will not be able to welcome guests, including children.
Clients who travel internationally, should wait 10 days before coming into the salon.
If you experience signs of illness, please call us and we will get you rescheduled for 14+ days out, stay home and get well!
Call in cancellations due to illness will NOT be charged our cancellation fee.
Staff Policies
Our staff are required to wear masks at all times in the salon. They will also wear face shields at the shampoo bowls.
Our staff will have their temperature checked each morning. They will be sent home if they have a temperature of 100 degrees or higher.
Our staff will wash their hands before and after each client.
Each station will be sanitized after each client.
We are limiting the amount of stylists who will work at one time. We are adhering to the 10 people per business that the state has mandated.
